1. Who we are

Lumora OLVRA is a set of tools and AI personas (QR codes, business cards, love messages, a chat reply helper, AI personas and gift vouchers), a product of OLVRA SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES LTD., founded by Testimony Inaweoghena Jacob (also known as Oliver Wood). 2. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and country when you sign up.
• Profile photo: only if you choose to add one.
• Content you create: love messages (recipient name, your name, message text and chosen animation), friend requests and chat messages, support messages and reports.
• Plan and payment status: whether you have Premium and until when, and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach Lumora.
• Notifications: in-app notifications and, if you turn them on, a push notification subscription for your device.
• On your device: a small amount of local storage to remember your theme, sign-in state and, for Chat helper, your recent conversation (kept on your device only; use New chat to clear it).

3. How we use it

To run your account, create and deliver your links and messages, apply free limits and Premium, process payments, send service emails and notifications, respond to support requests, and review reports of abuse.

4. Chat helper

When you use Chat helper, the text you enter, and any screenshot you attach, is sent to an AI provider to generate replies. Lumora does not store your messages or screenshots on its servers. Screenshots are not kept on your device after you leave the page. Don't enter anything you would not want processed this way.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use service providers to operate Lumora: Google Firebase (sign-in and database), Netlify (hosting), Flutterwave (payments), Brevo (email), an AI provider (Chat helper) and WoodPay (gift voucher payouts). They process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Love message links

A love message link is private but not password protected: anyone who has the link can open it. Share it only with the person it is for.

7. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. To ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, contact us from the Help page.

8. Children

Lumora is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
